Delivery and Refund policy:
We use PBT or Post Haste couriers for our deliveries.
Delivery times are:
North Island – Overnight delivery once payment has been received (if after 2pm it will be shipped the next working day)
South Island – 2 Day delivery once payment is received (If after 2pm it will be shipped the next working day)
Rural addresses – Rural can take up to 3 extra days for transfer to local rural driver.
Please email us if you require a tracking number. All packages require a signature so a card will be left if there is no one at your address. Please use a business address to avoid delays. Our couriers delives Weekdays only during working hours.
We only ship within NZ. We will not ship overseas sorry.
We do not allow customer pickups sorry.
Please note: This is for items purchased from this website only. For all purchases of Spy product from NZ retailers, please return to the retailer with original POP for warranty/returns.
If you have a warranty issue. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description, and image of the problem for assessment. We will provide a return address for the faulty item, and replace if the warranty is approved. If no replacement is available we can either swap for another product of your choice to the value of your purchase, or refund original purchase price.
Warranty note: SPY products go through strict quality control processes. Unfortunately with eyewear items damage can occur which is not warranty related. This includes but is not limited to:
Scratched lens. Bent or broken plastic pieces due to impact, pressure. Wear and tear. If you accidently drop, or sit on sunglasses and they bend or break, this cannot be replaced under warranty as it is not a defect. We will warranty replace/repair or refund all manufacturer faults within 1 year of original purchase.
All Warranties/returns are return to base warranties. As in you will need to pay for any freight incurred to return an item(s).
Return address for Spy NZ is 1016b Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland. We do not allow customer drop offs/pick ups. Please make contact and get a retu authorization before sending any returns.
We do not offer refunds on purchases if you change your mind. If you receive a product you are not happy with. You can return it for a site credit voucher or exchange for another item on our website. Return must be received back in the condition you received it (unused) within 20 days.
